Project Support ( BC Children Mental Health Program )

• Worked as a Project Support (Admin) for a research project with BC Children's Mental Health Program.

• The role involved reviewing electronic medical charts from Cerner Powerchart and entering all relevant data into the FIT database housed in REDCap. 

• Understanding and Tagging the relevant DSM V codes

Project Analyst ( Workforce Management Solutions)

Feb 2024 - Sept 2024

• Worked on a Change Management project for Workforce Management Team, the project’s scope included automating schedules for teams spread across BC Children’s, BC Women’s, and BC Cancer.

• Automated the schedule for ~400 employees split across 25 teams, between BC Children’s and BC Cancer

• Performed Extensive Data Analysis using MS Excel to identify teams and employees who fit the project requirement.

• Utilized PowerBI for Reporting Data & MS Planner for project planning & execution.

Cutover Captain (Cycle 2 CST Implementation)

Jan 2024 - Feb 2024

• Worked with PHSA as a Cutover Captain with their Clinical Informatics team on the CST project.

• The role primarily involved facilitating cutover of data from old Cerner software to new software to be used for Scheduling and registering appointments.

• I was tasked with the responsibility of coordinating all tasks related to cutover in 6 Clinics at BC Women & Children Hospital.

Sales Coordinator at Sherwin-Williams

I was a Sales Coordinator at Sherwin William's Commerical Paint Store in Vancouver.

It was an all-encompassing role that was primarily Sales based but also involved elements of Paint production, and Quality management.

The role primarily involved:

• Making sure the sales operations are smooth 

• Training of new joiners

• Meeting the required sales target

• All customer queries are solved either in person or on phone or Email.

• Making sure no orders are delayed as promised to customers.

E-commerce Project Manager at Bzaar

My work in Bzaar involved managing end to end operations of cataloging in Bzaar, This involves managing a fast-growing team of Cataloging executives along with working with Business development teams to make sure that we can onboard sellers on Bzaar in a speedy and efficient manner, While also keeping in mind the relevance and quality of the products being listed on the site.

Apart from this, the role involved:

• Constant syncing with external agencies who help speed up the onboarding process for the sellers

• Communicating the tech requirements of the catalog team to the product team

• Resolving any issues related to cataloging raised by sellers

• Working with the category team to make sure required product visibility on site is good

• Setting up & managing B2C sales channels through Wayfair & Amazon US

Business Analyst at Rystad Energy

• Primary Business Analyst for the West African region, which included maintaining the company’s Oil & Gas database for all countries in the West African Region.

• Data Points that were primarily updated were the production of Oil, Capital Expenditure, Oil reserves present, date to exhaustion of the oil field among other data points. All these data points were updated at an Oil field level. Thus, any oil field in the West African region was to be updated through research in relevant sources.

• Creating a daily summary for all major Oil & Gas updates for a week once in a month, These were to highlight all major happenings in the Oil & Gas Industry.

• Making sure the Oil Field Maps for Updated as & when information was available from a reliable source.

• Tracking & Updating all Merger & acquisitions happening in the West African Region.
